OurHertz (우리들의주파수, hereinafter "Company") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Stikjab game (hereinafter the "Service").

Stikjab is a local pass-and-play 1v1 mobile game built with Unity 6.3 LTS. The Service does not require account creation, does not collect email or password, and does not require any device permissions beyond the touchscreen.

The Service does not collect email addresses, passwords, real names, phone numbers, payment information, contacts, photos, location data, microphone input, or any biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing the Service (gameplay, score tracking, settings persistence on device)
• Delivering and measuring advertisements (AdMob)
• Posting and ranking scores on the Apple Game Center leaderboard (when the user is signed in to Game Center)
• Diagnosing crashes and aggregate-level usage analysis for Service improvement
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• You have given explicit prior consent (e.g., ATT consent for personalized ads, sign-in to Game Center)
• Required by law or a court order

For ad delivery, your advertising identifier and limited device information are shared with Google AdMob (with ATT consent on iOS 14.5+). For leaderboard features, your Game Center nickname and game score are shared with Apple Game Center when you choose to sign in.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Withdraw ATT consent for personalized ads in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
• Sign out of Game Center or hide your profile in iOS Settings → Game Center
• Delete all locally stored game data by uninstalling the app
• Contact the Company to request information about data we process

7. Data Deletion

Local game data is deleted automatically when the user uninstalls the app. Game Center leaderboard entries can be managed or deleted through Apple Game Center settings; please contact Apple directly to remove Game Center data. Advertising data managed by Google AdMob can be reset using the "Reset Advertising Identifier" option in iOS Settings.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service does not run in a web browser and does not use cookies. Game settings and local high scores are stored in the app's sandboxed local storage on your device.

The Google AdMob SDK may collect advertising identifiers and limited device information for ad delivery. No additional third-party tracking is used.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is rated for general audiences. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 (or under 13 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable threshold). If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it without delay.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, third-party services, or our practices. Material changes will be announced at this URL at least 7 days before taking effect.
